Sage Levels
Overview
SageScreen offers three Sage levels: Lite, Core, and Advanced. The level determines the maximum interview duration and the credit cost per screening. All three levels use the same AI evaluation engine and produce the same report structure. The difference is scope, not quality.
Level Comparison
The table below summarizes how the three levels differ. Duration and credit values are configurable by the system administrator. Default durations are set at the platform level and can be viewed in the admin settings under Sage Management.
All three levels produce identical report structures, scoring outputs, and hire or pass recommendations. Choosing a higher level gives the Sage more time to explore candidate responses in depth — it does not change how results are calculated or presented.
Choosing a Level
The level you choose should match the depth of evaluation the role requires. The level is set when the Sage is created, based on the Sage Mentor selected. Each Sage Mentor defines which levels are available and what duration range each level supports.
Add-on Costs
Regardless of level, enabling add-ons increases the per-screen credit cost. Add-on costs are configurable at the global, council, or per-Sage level.
- Language add-on: Enables multilingual screening. Adds a fixed credit increment per screen. Available on Core and Advanced levels only.
- Audio add-on: Enables audio recording capabilities. Adds a fixed credit increment per screen.
The Sage level is set at creation time and cannot be changed after the Sage is built. If you need a different level for the same role, you will need to create a new Sage. Credits for Sage creation are consumed when the build process begins at Step 4 of the creation wizard.
